LEVI'S WYNWOOD - ART BASEL

HOUSE of FALLS partnered with Jam3 to design a product drop for Levi’s 3 month activation in Wynwood that spanned from Art Basel to the Super bowl.

This multitiered container-based structure served as a combination retail and activation space to reveal Levi’s sustainable technology “Future Finish”. Customers were invited to customize, engrave, and distress their hand picked Levi’s jeans. The Jam3 x HoF space acted as the “Pick Up Window” where attendees would collect their fresh new jeans.

The Pick Up was a 40ft container featuring a dry cleaner style conveyor belt system connected to a QR sensory plinth where customers could scan their product code and their jeans would whip around the conveyor system to them.

This was all built within a massive infinity box, framed and lined with LED lights with a pine plank lined vestibule.

Constructing with standard size shipping containers presents several challenges. The surfaces are uneven and require heavy machinery to place.

Working in an environment with multiple vendors all with different spaces and agendas, meant our team needed to be acutely aware of the space and time of those around us. We would adapt our workflow and timelines while still meeting our milestones and delivering a premium product.

We went through multiple rounds of design to find the perfect fit for our budget, timeline, and creative parameters.

On top of this being the largest piece of mechanized technology we had worked on to date, Shepard Fairey’s Custom Obey jacket giveaway marked the opening of our booth to a handful of lucky customers.

After overcoming various obstacles with container constraints, creative tech, and light integration we created something we are truly proud of. The crowds were blown away by the convergence of art, hype, tech and design. People were engaged and excited to shop just so they could experience our pickup window. 

We were the cherry on top that made you buy the ice cream in the first place.
